My IP address on my router changes on a almost daily basis, would this be a problem, or is it more like if you see 20 different IP addresses downloading content at the same time?
The latter is correct. We just keep a general eye out for suspicious traffic. As long as you’re honest and keep things to yourself you have nothing to worry about

Will this also allow access to the new Blender 2.5 training?
No as the 2.5 training is a whole separate project in its self. That being said, there is a good chance you will see some correlation between the two (no details yet).
Do you have any more details about the availability of 2.5 training videos if we sign up? I was going to sign up last night but got side tracked, and am now wondering if the only content I can access is 2.49 related. I’m just a hobbyist that is very interested in modeling, and this site is awesome

One question though: When you refer to source downloads, do you mean you can only download the source material for the tutorials featured on CG and Blender Cookie? Or dose becoming a Citizen allow you to download the tutorials featured on the above websites without having to purchase them separately?
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Dear BLENDER:
I can’t complain about a free program because it is FREE. I am glad you publish for would be 3D artist. I come to BLENDER from POSER. I am actually a 2D artist who illustrates comics. I use POSER to produce reference images for my comics. For 90% of what I need I can use primitives and naked figures. On occasion I wish POSER allowed hole on their primitives or option of cutting a sphere in half. To that end I was directed to BLENDER. I have watched tutorials offered her and elsewhere and they have been somewhat helpful. Things rarely function like they do in the tutorials.
To that END, I would like to make a suggestion making a BLENDER that is simpler to use ( use the same short cut keys). Maybe, offer a floating palette with shapes and modifying options.

Anyone have an idea whats the smartest way to pay for a citizenship if you are from europe?
If u transfer it via a bank they ask around 20-25euros for the transfer
Is there a possibility to send the money to an account in the European Union, cuz they wouldnt ask a fee then. I’m also not sure about VAT (thats a tax some EU countries have ..in my case 20%:( i wonder if internet subsciptions apply to such a tax since i dont actually import anything physicly)
I’m not familiar with paypal…would they ask such an ammount too, and hows it working with the currencies, guess they are calculated by a weekly course or something.
